Tracey has been on the Stroup team since 1995 and has been essential to the company ever since. She currently serves as the President and CFO in addition to taking on many of the sales responsibilities. Prior to joining Stroup Ingredient Resources, Tracey worked in the pharmaceutical sales industry for 8 years. Tracey has been a loving wife for over 30 years and is a fantastic mother to her 3 children. Tracey loves hanging out with her family and enjoys a good game of tennis.

Rodney’s 27 years of experience in the Food Industry brings some always welcomed knowledge to Stroup Ingredients. He has over a decade of experience on the other side of the desk, formally working as purchasing manager for a large salad dressing and sauce company. He loves visiting his customers whenever he can and always finds them the best ingredient solutions. Rodney works from his home when he is not on the road, and while he is in constant contact with everyone, his friendly face is regularly missed at the office in Cumming. When Rodney is not hard at work he enjoys watching all Georgia related sports and soccer. |

Diana has been at Stroup Ingredients for over 22 years and is one of the most organized people you will ever meet. She is always on top of all the orders that come through and has an intimate knowledge of all the business at Stroup Ingredients. Her customers often remark how impressed they are by her constant communication to them, relaying everchanging information. Everyone at the office knows that if you need information you can always go to Diana. She is an integral part of the team. When she is not keeping everyone organized she likes anything outdoors especially a nice hike in the north Georgia mountains.

Noelle is Rodney’s wife and a tremendous asset to him in sales support and customer service, enhancing their collective effectiveness from their satellite office. As a former teacher, the patience and devotion she learned from years in the classroom translates to genuinely helpful customer service. Noelle is also a loving mother and wife and enjoys horses and animals of all kind.
